Last updated July 2026. LiveVR Media collects only what's needed to schedule, deliver, and bill your shoots — property details, contact information, and payment records. We never sell your data or your sellers' information to third parties.

Media captured during a shoot is used only to produce the deliverables you booked and, with your permission, in our portfolio. You can request removal at any time by contacting hello@livevr.media.

Account data is stored securely and retained only as long as your account is active or as required by law.

Terms of Service

By booking a shoot with LiveVR Media, you confirm you have authority to grant access to the property and to commission media for its marketing. Bookings are confirmed within 2 hours and delivered within 48 hours of the completed shoot.

Rescheduling is free any time before the confirmed shoot window. Payment is due on delivery unless otherwise agreed for brokerage accounts.

LiveVR Media is not liable for delays caused by property access issues, weather affecting drone add-ons, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
